Beautifully remodeled and meticulously maintained upper level two bedroom, two bath condo in Water's Edge. Accommodates four guests very comfortably with one king bed and one queen. King bedroom has bath attached. Relax on your private oceanfront deck and enjoy breathtaking views of the beach, pool and pier. Deck is equipped with a bar height table and four chairs to provide an unobstructed panorama of the ocean. Water's Edge has a gorgeous private saltwater pool with a spacious deck for lounging in the sun. Condo is equipped with central air and conditioning and heat, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and coffee maker, washer/dryer, cable television, DVD player, wireless Internet access, outside shower, covered parking and walkway to the beach.

Water's Edge Amenities:
> Take a Refreshing Swim in the private saltwater swimming pool, only available to guests. Open from dawn to dusk daily, the pool features a 6-8" tanning ledge that's also perfect for children as well as 3' and 5' deep areas. The pool is open for use between Memorial Day - Labor Day, offering the perfect location to cool off after a day at the beach without fighting the busy crowds!

Property needs updated

We had several concerns with this condo. Furniture and beds need to be replaced, they are nearly worn-out and are uncomfortable. The arrangement for the washer & drier are very difficult to use, and unacceptable. The small space calls for a small apartment sized stackable set-up, instead, the top-load washer sits 7” below a shelf that has the drier sitting on it. Consequently, the lid to the washer barely opens enough to load and unload. More then once we hit our heads on the shelf when trying to reach into the washer to unload. Instead of this ridiculous arrangement, the units need to be real stackable units, with front load doors on both units. The ice maker in the freezer barely worked, we gave up and just bought ice. Had numerous roaches to take care of throughout the week. The bathroom off the hallway was functional, but the overall condition of this room was unacceptable- it looked like an amateur had built it. I expect more from Vrbo.
