Our family and friends had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and all the accommodations were wonderful. Great location! Loved all of the wildlife around us!
This is a great cabin with plenty of space and lots of thoughtful details. The manager is very responsive. The driveway is very steep, but we were glad there was a little nook for us to park. Very close to everything. We would rent this one again.
Accommodations were great. Had everything we needed and enjoyed the location & wildlife. This was just a relaxing trip. Didnt do much outside of the little town.
The cabin is easy to get to, check in was easy, and staff was flexible on our check out time. We had a group of 7 friends for a short stay. It was just about perfect.

We loved staying in the small town of Cloudcroft for Thanksgiving! The cabin is ideally situated and you can access the city center by foot very quickly. We saw many deers around the property, which, combines with the snow, was magical. The cabin is beautiful (pictures don’t make justice.)
Our only regret: The lack of a few amenities: no shower gel nor shampoo. I always travel with samples that I end up never using…of course this time I should have taken some.
Also a few things need quick fixes: the coffee machine needs replacement, the flush system of the master’s restroom and the bulb light of the master’s shower.
Honestly nothing critical and overall the stay was amazing. Thank you for having us!
We had a great stay with our family. The cabin was cozy, clean and had almost everything we would need. We have a large van and the driveway was a little tricky, but overall we had a great stay. I loved that we could walk to so many things. Plus, there was a herd of wild horses that visited and was very cool to see! We will be back!
Great stay!! Home was nice and the check-in and out was very easy. We will return soon. Thanks

My buddy rented this house last year. Larger homes to rent right in town are hard to find. I rented the house this year. For the money it is hard to beat.
we were a group of 10 but 2 couldnt go and the owner said she was going to send a refund that the best part but only refunded 30 put of the 230 she said dont know why and hasnt reply to my message!! other than that everything was great 1 St time we stayed ina cabin it was big and comfortable it had everything we needed
3 generations of our family - grandparents, parents and kids came together for a weekend at the cabin. It was perfectly suited for everyone. Kids and teens loved the well stocked game room upstairs. Grandparents appreciated separate living space on ground floor. We were in walking distance of stores and parks with great picnic, playground, frisbee golf and walk/bike trails.
The pictures do not do it justice. We travel a lot and have rented several houses/cabins. This place is our favorite. We enjoyed our stay so much we are hoping to return later this year. It is clean, very well equipped, and in a great location. My family liked the layout and how comfy the beds are. The house has so many beautiful details. Next door there are still remains of a burnt down house like other reviews state. Hopefully it gets cleared up soon. I would say that is the only thing wrong with this property.
Check-in: We had a hiccup getting access to the house due to an email that said "accessing your house." It provided only the address, but no information on how to get into the house itself. Our friends who had another cabin by the same property manager had the same issue. We each arrived with no way in. Do not save your email to access when you arrive. Make sure you have opened it beforehand! It was also NOT in our junk boxes. This was our mistake. I just don't want you to make the same one.
Supplies: It states it is fully stocked. They did not have any pantry items. No salt/pepper. No dishwashing pods. There is a W/D. You will need to bring your detergent. They do have a lot of plate/ cups and silverware. If you want to bake, there is a Dollar General right out the front door that you can get everything you need.
Cabin: The house itself and the layout are great.
Bedding/towels: some of the towels are ok, but a lot of them look and feel like they are 25 years old. Same for the bedding. Very old/ dated/ worn out.
Area: 2 or 3 burned houses with all the rubbage remains right next door. It is a miracle this house did not burn down! It's not a problem- but if you are there to enjoy a scenic cabin, this is not the place. A nice little playground is a short walk down the road. Perfect for kids.
We stayed during Thanksgiving all the way through the weekend and we had a wonderful time. The cabin was so comfortable and had all the amenities mentioned and so much more. We will definitely come again! Highly recommend it especially to a large family. We were 9 in total and it accommodated us all.
The property was great especially for my family. It was located in a great area and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be staying there again
Had a great time staying in this house for 2 days with our dog, friends, and family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Nice and roomy. It was easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, the park, and ice skating rink across the street. Be sure to bring rock salt if you visit in winter. There's a lot of stairs to get to the house and driveways are icey too. The only other thing to have a heads up is master bed is very high, maybe too high for older people or disabled. But overall this was a great home for most people, great experience, and would love to come back and stay here again.
