The cosy old granite stone house is situated in a small hamlet, accessed by a small road with little traffic. Quiet, secluded location. Centrally located between Audierne, Pont-Croix and Esquibien and to several beaches in three directions.

On the ground floor: cosy eat-in kitchen, spacious living room with large open fireplace. Kitchen with gas cooker and electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Large shower room, separate toilet and sauna.

On the 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed with 2 mattresses 160x200, 1 double bed 160x200) , dressing room, recreation room with table football and reading couches, separate toilet.

All rooms on the upper floors have parquet flooring.

The house has electric heating and W-Lan. Parking on the property, bicycle shelter, barbecue, patio furniture and sunbeds.

Electricity" package of 100Kwh is included in the weekly price. Beyond that, each additional Kwh is billed at €0.35.
