ROSE Vacances offers this flat on the 6th floor in a residence with lift, with a breathtaking view over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, located at the foot of the beach and shops in the pleasant Presidents district.

This flat sleeps up to 4 people.

This T2 flat is ideally located, with everything within walking distance: beaches, Lac de Tanchet, local shops including a supermarket, bakery, butcher and chemist.

The bright living room opens onto a balcony with a magnificent view over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, and is equipped with a sofa bed (140cm), a coffee table and 3 armchairs, plus a dining table and 6 chairs.
A kitchen with a glass roof overlooking the living area, functional and fully equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, etc.
A corridor leads to a spacious bedroom with a 160cm double bed and plenty of storage space. A shower room with shower, washbasin with cupboard, towel rail, washing machine and separate WC and several storage cupboards in the hallway.

The south-west-facing balcony has a table and chairs, ideal for a drink after a day on the beach!

Free off-street parking.
