Its ideal location will enable you to get around the town of Les Sables d'Olonne on foot or by bike, and the studio is a stone's throw from all amenities (bakery, butcher's, chemist's, etc.), cinema, and the Quai de la Chaume with its bars, restaurants, etc.

The accommodation comprises a beautifully decorated living room with a sofa bed (2 x 80cm), a dining table with chairs and stool, and a TV.

Free parking is available around the residence in the Port Olona area.
