The once-gritty 12th arrondissement is now a cluster of tranquil residential neighbourhoods. The peaceful Coulée verte René-Dumont offers an oasis with gardens along a former elevated railway. Families flock to Bercy, an old warehouse district with a park, concert arena, and retail chains and restaurants. The Cinémathèque Française, designed by Frank Gehry, shows classic movies and has a museum and archive.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
