Comfort and convenience are key in this light and airy 2 bed/2 bath home. Volume ceilings in the great room w/ a split floor plan provide space and privacy. Wood grain laminate flooring is in the main living area, while carpet in both bedrooms provides a cozy feel. The bright and cheery great room provides plenty of comfortable seating for visiting w/guests or for watching TV. Our lanai has tinted easy glide windows which offers an additional space for relaxing, breakfast, or an evening glass of wine. Town squares are nearby with Lake Sumter and Brownwood less than four miles away and just moments away from Seabreeze Rec Center.
