This property is a three-room flat with modern furnishings. From the beautifully furnished living room you have access to the balcony, and the bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need for convenient self-catering on holiday. There is also a storage room for suitcases and other items.



The communal areas of the holiday complex include an outdoor sauna (for a fee) and a barbecue area. Use the barbecues set up there or bring your own (may only be lit in this designated area). There is also a communal room with washing machines and dryers for a fee, a table tennis room and a bicycle storage room. Bicycles, e-bikes and carriage rides can be hired or booked through an external provider on site. If you are interested, please call our service office on Poel. Anglers can use the filleting area in the cellar as well as a central freezing facility, and hunting trips for groups can be arranged for those interested in hunting. There is also a large playground for the children to enjoy. Cots/chairs can be hired (please specify when booking). Charging points for electric cars are located in the immediate vicinity.



Due to its location right next to a golf course, this holiday property is ideal for guests who do not want to miss out on this game of golf on holiday. The slightly hilly, 18-hole golf course offers a marvellous view of the water.



You can enjoy the fine sandy beach in two ways: either in its natural state or as a landscaped bathing beach with beach chairs for hire. The Baltic Sea is also ideal for fishing, kitesurfing and windsurfing. You can launch your own boat in the adjacent marina for a fee and hire a mooring if necessary. Novasol customers receive a discount at a nearby surf, kite and sailing school.



You can be in Wismar in 20 minutes. This world cultural city manages the balancing act between antiquity and modernity in the best possible way and should not be left out as an excursion destination. There is a wide range of leisure activities on offer, such as the Wonnemar leisure pool, the Phantecknikum, a go-kart track, a cinema and numerous public playgrounds. In the old harbour you will find a large number of fishing boats selling fish, as well as the opportunity to take a harbour cruise or take the ferry to the island of Poel. You can easily reach Rostock, Schwerin or Lübeck via the motorway.
