## Space
The flat comprises a living room with fitted kitchen and dining table. The bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin is on the ground floor. There is a separate toilet. A washing machine and dishwasher are available in the kitchen.
There are two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed, and a mezzanine with a 140x190cm BZ sofa.
Its small private garden and terrace, ideally south-facing, will enable you to take full advantage of our beautiful Mediterranean climate.

## Access
The flat has a parking space in the gated "Romarines 1" residence.

This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-oriented.

## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers are invited to bring their own bed linen and bath towels. If you prefer us to prepare your beds, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
Cleaning costs are not included in the rental price and you will be provided with a hoover and all you need for cleaning.
However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you for a fixed charge of €100 inc VAT.
