Upstairs: a mezzanine (open to the living room) with two 80 cm beds + chest of drawers.
The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, awning and electric barbecue.
Private parking.

You will appreciate: the layout of this pretty holiday cottage, its sunny terrace for enjoying your meals but also the ideal location of the residence from which you access the beach by a pedestrian path + proximity to the cycle path and the 'sailing school.
