Welcome and Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Federal Way, between Seattle and Tacoma, with easy access to freeway - highway 5. Located close to everything, shops, grocery stores such as Winco, Costco, Walmart, Safeway, etc., and many other conveniences. You will be about 25-30 minutes to and from SeaTac Airport. This place is ideal for a single traveler/group/family, shorter/longer stay. You will definitely have access to all this city has to offer and beyond, not to forget the Federal Way Wild Waves Theme & Water Park. For those of you fair lovers, the famous Puyallup Fair is just 25-30 minutes away south.

This property is centrally located between Seattle and Tacoma. Not only that, it is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, Water Park, and easy access to the freeway.

The trees around this condominium complex and around the building unit attracted me, and they bring such a cool breeze air during hot summer days.
