Between Dordogne, Périgord Vert and Plateau de Millevaches, this old 18th century sheepfold has been transformed into a friendly gîte with modern comfort (domestic appliances, TV, WIFI) while retaining the charm of the old (exposed beams, thick wooden walls). natural stone perfect for maintaining freshness in summer).

To make your stay more pleasant, the cottage has its private enclosed garden with beautiful open views, its private swimming pool, a relaxation patio and a Nordic bath (1 evening/week included in the rental).

The 136 m² Bergerie is designed for 7 people with 2 additional single beds possible and 2 baby beds.
The gîte is located on a quiet 1.8 ha property with a 5,000 m² pond, an old bread oven converted into a gîte for 2 people not overlooked and a pétanque court.

You will be 5 minutes from the village of Château Chervix, its 12th century Tower (lit at night) and its village grocery store. And 30 minutes from Limoges.
You will spend your stay in the middle of the valleys of the South Haute Vienne countryside, an ideal place for rest and lovers of the great outdoors.
You will have shared access to a private beach by the pond for relaxing, swimming or fishing. You can also enjoy a large meadow to spend good times together.

In the surrounding area, you can go for many hikes and bike rides. By moving a little further away, you can discover places like Oradour-sur-Glane, Périgeux, Collonge-la-Rouge...

One Nordic Bath evening per week is included in the rental price. The additional evening will be billed at €35, up to 3 evenings/week.
This service will only be possible if weather conditions permit (wind, temperature, drought, etc.) in order to guarantee the safety of everyone and the property.
