The apartment 15 is a modern, high quality and furnished with great attention to detail Non smoking duplex apartment with separate entrance.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds.
Furthermore, the apartment has a spacious living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The south-facing balcony overlooking the green invites you to relax in the sun.
3 flat screen televisions with cable television, stereo system and game console including games provide entertainment even in bad weather for young and old.
Free Wi-Fi is of course also available.
A car parking space directly in front of the house belongs to the apartment.
The apartment is located near the beach and the center in a very quiet location.
The sandy beach, as well as the Ahoi bath are within a 3-minute walk and the Duhner village within 5 minutes walking distance.
Pets are not allowed with us.
