4 Palms Villa is a single family 2 story home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has its own private bathroom. Upstairs there is an additional full bathroom that is shared by the Guest Bedroom and the Bunk room. With over 1700 square feet and an open floor plan 4 Palms Villa is great for families.

FREE Beach Service is available from 3/1/24 - 10/1/24 and it includes 2 chairs and an Umbrella.
At Emerald Shores, the seasonal beach service is not reserved in advance unless you want to add on additional rentals. If you will only be using the seasonal beach service set, you just need to check in with the beach attendant (Austin or Tyler) under the Big Red umbrella at the base of the steps, give them the house name/address, and their dates. He will assign a set to them at that time

Enjoy the private outdoor patio with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the afternoon.
Bring your favorite charcoal and cook out on our Weber charcoal grill.
Our front porch is also a great spot to enjoy the breeze and rest on our adirondack chairs.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, and a roll of paper towels. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

4 Palms Villa has room to park 2-3 vehicles at the house. Emerald Shores has an additional 18 parking spots that are first come first served located at the tennis court and pools. Emerald Shores does not allow trailers to be parked anywhere at our home or in the community. Emerald Shores is a gated and secure community. Before check in we’ll send you the gate code as well as the house lock code.

Maximum Occupancy is 10 people, if you exceed the occupancy you will be asked to leave.

Minimum age to rent our property is 25.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. If you smoke outside please dispose of butt properly.

NO PETS, SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.

2024 ARMBAND POLICY

CHILDREN 12 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR AN ARMBAND. GUESTS WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE A LEASE AGREEMENT OR AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF A LEASE TO PRESENT TO THE SECURITY ATTENDANT WITH A VALID ID OR PHOTO OF THE LEASE AND ID TAKEN WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE.

THE ARMBAND POLICY WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE FOLLOWING DATE RANGES AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON NEED: MARCH 1ST TO OCTOBER 31ST

A PAVILION ATTENDANT WILL BE PLACED AT THE PAVILION FROM THE HOURS OF 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM, 7 DAYS A WEEK.
GUESTS ARE TO CHECK IN WITH THE ATTENDANT TO OBTAIN THEIR ARMBANDS FOR THE WEEK.
GUESTS SHOULD WEAR THEIR BANDS WHILE AT THE POOL AREAS, ON THE PAVILION, AND AT THE BEACH.
A NONREFUNDABLE FEE OF $30WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THE GUEST AT THE TIME THE SET OF BANDS ARE ISSUED. THIS FEE IS CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY. THE FEE OF $30 IS A PER-HOME FEE, NOT PER NUMBER OF GUESTS.
THE ATTENDANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING A LOG OF ISSUED BANDS.


Emerald Shores is a private resort community, located in Miramar Beach, designed with your vacation in mind. The community offers two pools (one seasonally heated), tennis court, basketball goal, shuffleboard, seasonal beach tram, and a private beach pavilion for the exclusive use of Emerald Shores guests’. The beach pavilion offers private beach access with open decks, private bathrooms, picnic tables, discounted beach service, and food service from the nearby Kenny D’s Beach Bar and Grill restaurant. The community is within walking distance to the beach, as well as several restaurants, and boasts beautiful landscaping and distinctive bohemian architecture.
