Störung durch Anlieferverkehr

Leider wurde man jeden Morgen zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr von der Anlieferung der Bäckerei gegenüber lautstark geweckt, falls man nochmal einschlafen konnte das gleiche Dpiel um 8 Uhr von der 2. Lieferung

Sehr guter Service, alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Lage sehr zentral zur Innenstadt sowie zum Strand. Was auch sehr zum Vorteil ist, ist die Tiefgarage sowie der Aufzug

Aufenthalt

Leider würden wir dieses Objekt nicht mehr mieten. Es waren zwei Baustellen, eine unmittelbar vor der Tür und die andere etwas weg. Man hörte morgens schon die Fahrzeuge. Desweiteten ist man einen Morgen um 7.00 aus dem Bett gefallen weil direkt am Haus ein Gerüst aufgestellt wurde inklusive bohren für dir Gerüstbefestigung. Ohne vorherige Information. Die Lage der Wohnung ist an einer Hauptstraße und in der Spielstrasse ist die Zufahrt für ein Hotel. Was für ein dem entsprechende Geräuschlulisse sorgt. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnunf gut, nach Duhnen Mitte keine zwei Minuten und zum Strand sind es drei Minuten zu Fuss.

Objekt ohne Wahlmöglichkeit, da sonst alles belegt war.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis der Wng. war ok, die Lage im Ort sehr gut, Garagenplatz dabei. Im sehr kleinen Bad wäre eine Spiegelleuchte hilfreich, der Anschluß dafür war vorhanden und die Deckenleuchte hätte gern ein paar Watt größer sein können! Ebenso war das Koch- Spülefeld ohne Licht.

Bewertung Urlaub in Ferienwohnung Duhnen

Die Wohnung war sauber. Da nur maximal für 2 Personen geeignet, kann der Metallstuhl raus. Für die Mülltrennung müssen Voraussetzungen geschaffen werden. Die Vermietungsagentur hat noch Luft nach oben. Es könnten Prospekte für Sehenswürdigkeiten, ein kleiner Plan des Ortes usw. den Urlaubern zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Natürlich gibt es das im Tourismusbüro, aber nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Aber so eine Info-Mappe kenne ich von anderen Urlauben und kostet nichts, erhöht aber den Wert des Urlaubs. Besonders wichtig, wenn kein W-Lan vorhanden. Die Vorabinformation durch die Agentur berücksichtigt nicht die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten der Ferienwohnung ("unsere Ferienwohnungen haben W-Lan, und räumen Sie bitte den Geschirrspüler aus, haben mich irritiert. Es gab kein W-Lan und keinen Geschirrspüler). Ansonsten schöner Urlaub, in einer schönen Wohnung. Christel

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral in Duhnen sowie auch in Strandnähe. Für zwei Personen ist es perfekt und urig. Schön wäre es, wenn die Teppiche gründicher gereinigt werden würden und eine Schere zum Inventar gehören würde.
