Located on the first floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts : space, AC, large balcony, equipped kitchen, dishwasher washing machine, Wi-Fi...
The accommodation is made up of a bedroom with a comfortable 180cm double bed, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room with television and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Access

The accommodation is located in a private residence on the heights of Villefranche-sur-Mer.
The condominium is very easily accessible by car, it is strongly recommended to have a vehicle in this area.
The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood

The very quiet and green area.
Getting around by walking is possible but a vehicle is strongly recommended to reach the beach, restaurants, shops and old town.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by train: go to Nice St Augustin train station which is 15 minutes away from the airport and stop at Villefranche-sur-mer. Apartment is 1200m away from the train station. After that you can take a bus or taxi to reach the residence.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.


IMPORTANT NOTES :

The accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
