You are choosing a beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom waterfront condo on Lake Hamilton. This condo provides peace and tranquility while offering all of the comforts of home.

This fully furnished condo offers a wide variety of amenities suitable for guests of all ages. The condo provides a well appointed kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, dining seating for four, and a comfortable outdoor space. Our condo is steps from the water’s edge and is perfect for hobby fishing or just enjoying your morning coffee - with a view!

Enjoy excellent dining and entertainment or relax at the condo with amazing lake views. Located on the lake level, this condo offers a gated entrance, community pool (seasonal), swim dock, and more! Hosted by Hot Springs locals committed to serve each guest ensuring they have the best stay possible!

Pet policies: The following are operating policies of the property and violations are subject to fines. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the operating policies of the property. If you or your guests cause the property to be fined because of policy violations, the fine will be charged to you.

There is a $150 fine per pet/per night for undisclosed pets.

Pets shall not be tied, bound-up, loose or otherwise unattended while in common areas, decks, porches, or balconies.

Pets shall not be allowed to be outdoors without being attached or on a leash.

Owner of the pets shall be in physical control of their pets while outdoors.

Owner of the pets shall clean up and dispose of pet waste immediately. Pet waste will be disposed in the trash bins located in the trash barn. Pet waste is not to be collected and placed for later disposal anywhere on the property at any time.

Owner of the pets shall control dog barking when pet is inside or anywhere on the grounds of the property.

Pets may not be left unattended in the unit without prior host approval.

Lovely Lakeside Stay

Very comfortable, welcoming and well appointed condo. It has a lovely view of the water and plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors as well. Communication with the owners is easy as was the check-in and out process. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here the next time we're in Hot Springs!

Great view and location for seeing hot spring area.

It was a very peaceful spot with a great view of the river. Enjoyed watching the boats especially at night. A bonus for my granddaughter was feeding a pair of ducks and a lone goose who was injured. Easy access to the area.

Great Weekend Getaway

My Family and I had an amazing stay at this condo. It was clean and everything worked, and we had an awesome time setting on the patio and playing games while looking over the lake. We would definitely stay again if we visit the area.

The unit was so very clean and had the most amazing view of the lake. My (girl) friend and I felt so safe there and will be returning to Hot Springs and will attempt to stay at this unite.

Wonderful property!

We stayed here for a few nights on our Spring Break road trip and this property was a welcome change from hotels. Very comfortable, well stocked, really clean, and great location! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Hot Springs!

Pure Relaxation

Very nice unit. Easy access to the lake, attractions and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for more. It’s a great place to stay. The condo contains everything you want for a home away from home.
