Spacious 4-star apartment in a dream location in the Allgäu!
For fun and entertainment on gloomy rainy days the communal swimming pool and table tennis room of condominium provides. (Both in the neighboring house)
The superbly appointed kitchen offers all there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the spacious living room with Alpenblick invites you to cozy evenings with the family.
On the two balconies you can enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The fresh mountain air makes müde- for a restful sleep is available next to the bedroom with double bed and a cozy guest room with a double bed is also available.

Schöne wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber leider mussten wir die Spülmaschine ausräumen und der Föhn war auch kaputt bei zwei Frauen mit langen Haaren schlecht. Ansonsten sehr zum empfehlen

Tolle Lage, kleine Mängel
Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick auf die Berge wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Einige Kleinigkeiten (die auch mit dem Gastgeber besprochen wurden - an der Lösung wird wohl gearbeitet): Es ist eine in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr gut und funktionell (Betten TOP! v.a. für Familien.) Es funktionierten nicht alle Heizkörper, die Wohnungstür (außerhalb der Wohnung) sowie eine Stelle im Wohnzimmer war schimmelig. Allerdings hatte es keinen Einfluss auf unseren Wohnkomfort. Der Staubsauger müsste überholt werden. Ansonsten konnten wir keinerlei Mängel vorfinden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, waren überrascht von der Größe und dem Komfort der Wohnung.

Schöne Lage und Aussicht
Schön eingerichtete große Wohnung im bayrischen Stil mit Top Aussicht. Leider benötigt die Hausfassade dringendst eine grundlegende Sanierung ( Haustür und Fenster und vor allem der Flur) Im Eingangsflur ist starker Schimmelbefall und leider auch beginnend im Wohnzimmer. Bei 95 € Endreinigung hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht: Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher und das Geschirr waren sehr verschmutzt. Vielleicht ist auch dies der Grund dafür, dass wir am Anreisetag in der Küche einen Mottenbefall feststellt. Der Staubsauger war übervoll und hinterließ einen unangenehmen Geruch beim Saugen. Die spektakuläre Aussicht war durch die leider stark verdreckten Scheiben getrübt. Es ist eine wirklich tolle Wohnung mit toller Lage und toller Aussicht aber hier muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden.

Nach Schock am Anfang - Wohnung ok !
Als wir die Tür zum Bungalow aufschließen wollten, waren wir geschockt. Wir standen vor einer verwitterten Haustüre, an der die Farbe abblätterte und das Holz faulte. Die Fassade rechts der Haustüre war in desolatem Zustand. Im Hausflur schlug und ein muffiger, schimmliger Geruch entgegen. Erstaunlicherweise war der Schimmelgeruch in der Wohnung selbst nicht mehr wahrnehmbar. In den Zimmern der Wohnung konnten wir keinen Schimmel feststellen. Die Wohnung selbst entsprach den Angaben im Inserat. Eine großzügige Wohnung, schön möbliert mit insgesamt guter Ausstattung und einem wunderbaren Blick in die Berge. Leider bekamen wir Küchentücher erst auf Nachfrage. Beide Balkonflächen sind mit Teppich ausgelegt. Eine wenig hygienische und zweckmäßige Lösung. Die Fenster sollten zeitnah gestrichen werden, auch hier blättert die Farbe ab. Die Lage im Ort ist gut. Der Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen.

Wir waren ein Wochenende zum Mädelsausflug dort! Die Lage, der Zuschnitt, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, sowie die gesamte Abwicklung und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber waren einfach nur genial! Vielen dank nochmals dafür! Wir haben ein paar schöne entspannte Tage im Allgäu genossen. Die Beschreibung des Appartement passt und ist zu empfehlen. Besonders schön der nutzbare Pool nach Ausflügen in die schöne Umgebung.

Schön, sauber, großzügig - einfach toll!
Vielen Dank an Herrn Staar, der eine wirklich tolle Wohnung zu einem sehr fairen Preis zur Verfügung stellt. Vor allem die große und voll ausgestattete Küche ist sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt sehr wertig. Es macht Spaß auch mal Zeit drin zu verbringen. Nach Füssen und Oberstdorf sind es etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, aber auch die direkte Umgebung lädt zu Aktivitäten an der frischen Luft ein. Allgäu pur! Besonders anzumerken ist die Servicebereitschaft des Vermieters, der mir sofort zusagte, mir die Wäsche, die ich vergessen hatte, nachzusenden. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Solide Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Wir haben unsere Woche im Allgäu sehr genossen und konnten uns in der Unterkunft gut erholen. Prima war natürlich das Schwimmbecken, das mit der anliegenden Gemeinschaftsanlage genutzt werden konnte. So konnten auch an Regentage geschwommen werden oder eben als Tagesabschluss nach einem langen Ausflug. Die Unterkunft ist mit mit massiven Möbeln in hellem Holz eingerichtet und wirkt so schön hell und auch geschmackvoll. Haushaltsgeräte sind vollständig vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist damit insgesamt gesehen zufriedenstellend. An der Grundsubstanz besteht Instandhaltungsrückstau. Es wird unumgänglich sein, hier in naher Zukunft etwas zu investieren. Das sollte allerdings über die grundsätzlich schöne Unterkunft keinen Schatten werfen. Sie befindet sich in zentraler Lage und ist damit ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ein bisschen Bergblick hat man außerdem auch.
