You will have a beautiful living room including a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher) open to the living room (sofa, TV, dining table). 2 bedrooms (one with 160cm bed, closet and the other with 140cm bed, closet) opening onto the terrace. The spacious bathroom (shower, sink, storage) is separate from the WC. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a private underground parking space numbered 37-78. You will be charmed!
