## Emplacement
Tucked away behind Gare Montparnasse in the 14th arrondissement, Pernety stretches quietly around rue Raymond Losserand, a shopping street where, every morning, locals come to stock up on crisp baguettes and fresh fruit. People chat on street corners, meet in front of the post office and walk their pooches with or without a leash. The average age of the day is around 60. But at aperitif time, thirty-somethings in immaculate sneakers flourish on café terraces. It's not only in the north-east of Paris that you can meet bobos, here too!
