## Space

Just 20 minutes from Ajaccio, this modern villa of 150m2 on 1300m2 of land is the ideal place to stay in the Ajaccio region.

You will find numerous shops nearby: grocery store, supermarket, vineyard, pharmacy, restaurants, located 5 minutes by car. As for the bakery, it can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Access to the beaches will be in 15 minutes for Campo del oro Beach and in 20 minutes for the beaches of Porticcio.
The airport is less than 15 minutes away.
By taking the Corte road you can discover swimming in the Gravone and the English waterfall as well as a treetop adventure park and the A cupulatta turtle park

On the property, you will find:

## Access

You will have private access to the villa as well as the swimming pool for the duration of your stay.

The village is located around twenty minutes from Ajaccio airport and 30 minutes from the ferry terminal.

For parking, you can park on the property next to the villa.

Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.

The single storey house is only 20 minutes drive from the first beach and shops. There are a large number of beaches nearby. (Ajaccio, Porticcio, Sanguinaires, Gulf of Lava).

Great Villa!
We had a lovely time here. The Villa is very well equipped and comfortably furnished. The pool is great; there is a nice shaded outdoor eating area with built in barbecue. It was a very nice villa for a family. There are decent white sand beaches circa 30 minutes drive away, with other beaches closer (but grittier sand). The property manager was helpful and met us when we arrived and when we left the Villa. I would recommend this Villa without hesitation.

Très bon accueil malgré un vol retardé en soirée. La maison est conforme au descriptif, avec un équipement complet. La piscine et l'espace détente sont très agréables, sans vis à vis. Le contact avant et pendant le séjour avec la propriétaire est aisé et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.
