Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this charming studio includes:
- two sleeping areas with two double beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area for two people;
- a furnished balcony for fresh air.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Coffee machine, Microwave, TV, Iron, Washing machine, Refrigerator, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation enjoys an ideal location, as it is close to the beach and small shops.

If you like to stroll through the markets, the Marché Les Argonautes is available every Thursday and Monday which is an 8-minute walk away.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:
- Plage du Lydia and Pinède du Barcares are a 3-minute walk away;
- the Milieu de plage at 21 minutes;

## Emplacement
A marked identity, a renowned seaside resort… Le Barcarès has everything to seduce. Surrounded by a pond and the sea, this strip of land was neglected until the 17th century. It was then that a fishing village settled there and a few decades later, Le Barcarès has a major fishing port, and even shipyards where the famous Catalan boat is built. In the 60s, real estate developers took over the coast and made Barcarès a famous seaside resort with the symbol of the Lydia, stranded on its beaches. This liner, now converted into a museum, disco and restaurant, is the fourth oldest existing liner in the world. The neighborhoods all have a special character and you will like to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of each. From the old village to the Grand Plage, from the Lido to the Port, the atmospheres change and give a unique character to Barcarès.
