Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent vacation home

Perfect!

This was a wonderful stay—we needed a place for 12 of us to stay for a wedding and this couldn’t have been better. We even had the office room that we used for the brides prep room for hair and makeup. The beds and rooms were great—kitchen was large for all of us to eat—patio is wonderful. Location great! Nice neighborhood and close to airports and shopping! It was exactly what we needed!

Great family house

The house was perfect for a large family , we were very comfortable, the only thing that was concerning is that the doors leading out to the backyard and pool did not have a child safe upper lock , with the pool not being fenced in I felt that was a safety issue

Great House and Location

Stayed here for 6 days over Christmas with three kids and spouses (8 adults). One of the few properties you will find with five bedrooms, four of which have comfortable king-size beds. The house has a large kitchen with double ovens and three large rooms for watching TV, playing pool or just hanging out. We would definitely book this property again.

Family Wedding in Messa

We had a great stay in this spacious home. The pool was beautiful but not heated. It offered a great cool off for our tired feet after an evening of dancing in heels. Great location with close access to hiking and walking trails. Close access to the freeways and grocery stores.

Fabulous Time

House and neighborhood were as expected. We enjoyed our time here. Plenty of space and overall pretty clean. We loved the pool table as well as the swimming pool. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Just two quick minor things: Couches were pretty worn and not comfortable. Also would have been super helpful to provide a garage door opener. Everything else was fantastic!

Wonderful stay!

Very large house! Beds were very comfortable and the pool was great. Great neighborhood in an easy location. We had a reunion of friends who met in junior high and we all flew back home to Arizona for a concert. This was a great place for us to reconnect and would definitely stay here again.

Great for family vacation

This house was provided a very comfortable stay for our families. Our only complaint is the kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped - the knives were quite dull, and there was only one kitchen towel in the whole house. We had to get a bit creative when cooking big family dinners, but that certainly didn't tamp down the fun.

60th Ladies' Birthday Celebration

The house was perfect for a group of 10 ladies. The living room had seats for all as well as the kitchen table. Upon arrival the house looked and smelled clean when we entered. As any "rental" there some signs of wear and tear but that was to be expected. Had an issue with the staircase handrail not properly attached. I called the property manager and within 45 minutes maintenance arrived and fixed it. Impressed! The kitchen could be better stocked with flatware and cookware (we had to buy plastic forks). The outdoor furniture has seen better days but the pool was lovely. A good time was had by all and I would rent this property again for a large group.

Amazing!

This house has it all! It was very clean and extra spacious for multiple families to stay. The location is perfect, close to downtown Gilbert (which is like a mini Scottsdale) and close to hiking, golf and pickleball. We will definitely be back!

Nice Family Home

We had a great time hosting family Thanksgiving at the house. We did have issues with the water heater/pool heat but it ended up being a gas issue that was needing to be fixed by the gas company and was fixed within about 3 hours time. We overall had a wonderful stay.

Great Family Vacation Home

The home exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms were roomy. The house had plenty of space for 3 families so we never felt crowded. The pool was well taken care of. The house had so many extra touches . The families played pool, connect four, tic tac toe, catch phrase and more after a day of swimming. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We all sat around the table to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home

We stayed in this house for a week with a family of 10. Plenty of space for everyone and all the necessary stuff to get by cooking at home. The multiple living spaces made it easy for people to do what they wanted without getting in each others way. Same with the bathrooms. Backyard space and pool were great. While I highly recommend this house, please note that the bed in the upstairs master is rock hard and the window coverings do nothing to shield the sun in the morning. Choose rooms accordingly.

Great getaway

Something for everyone! My teenage daughters enjoyed the pool. My 13 year old loved the pool table. And my hubby and I enjoyed relaxation! Perfect for a family getaway!
