We offer this charming 30 m² flat for rent in Cap d'Agde, in a marina with a private beach 200 metres away. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a pull-out bed (sleeps two), a dining area and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

The flat is ideally located in Cap d'Agde, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Enjoy the attractions at nearby Luna Park, Aqualand, Aquaparc and Dino World.
- Discover the Musée de l'Éphèbe, a cultural visit not to be missed.
- Take a trip to the Casino, just 500 metres away on foot.
- Located in a lively marina, the flat offers easy access to the quays and all the seasonal entertainment down to the old port.

- Plage Richelieu (5 mins by car, 20 mins on foot)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
