About this property
Lovely apartment with stunning views, air conditioning and closed parking
Welcome to our charming apartment with parking space, located in the popular Rocades district, 10 minutes walk from the center of Collioure and the beaches, . Ideal for a couple, we wanted to create a warm and colorful atmosphere, taking inspiration from Fauvism painters. You will enjoy the breathtaking view from the large terrace, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Welcome to Collioure, the pearl of the Vermeille coast. Welcome home !
The apartment is 33m² and consists of a living room opening onto a 13m² terrace with open views, a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, electric hob, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle , toasters). A bedroom with 2 80x190cm beds (joinable and convertible into 1 fixed 160cm bed) and a bathroom with WC complete this property. It is possible to sleep on the 140x190cm convertible sofa bed. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Ideal for a couple, it can accommodate up to 4 people. A closed box for your car is available with the accommodation, which can contain an SUV type vehicle (e.g. Peugeot 3008 or Volkswagen Tiguan).
Linen can be provided and must be reserved in advance. Allow €25 per set of sheets (including sheets and bath towels)
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, request a cleaning service 48 hours before departure (allow 35€)
The apartment does not have PRM access but it is on one level and, to access it from the car park, you just have to go down around ten steps.
The keys will be handed over to you in person by Eve, who will be your contact and concierge during your stay. If Eve is not available (late arrival, or public holiday) you will find the keys in a coded key box, installed at the entrance to the apartment.
To do your shopping, we recommend the traditional market of Collioure (every Wednesday and Sunday morning) which is less than 600m from the apartment. There is also a Carrefour City where you will find all the basic necessities.
In high season (July and August) we only rent by the week. And 3 nights minimum the rest of the year.
