This newly built holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is located directly on the quay with water views to all sides. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with spa sauna and whirlpool and a light-flooded living-dining area with kitchenette. The beautiful dining table with comfortable seating invites you to enjoy and sociable games evenings.

The integration of a very well equipped kitchenette in the living-dining area is the cozy get-together and the preparation of all sorts of delicacies nothing in the way.
The spacious and inviting living room offers an incomparable view of nature and is therefore the ideal meeting place for a cozy get-together.

The bedrooms are facing north / east and guarantee a view of a wonderful sunrise over the mouth of the lighthouse with lighthouse. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00), the other bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00). Both bedrooms have quality mattresses, modern wardrobes and bedside tables.

Even during the cold season can this wonderful oasis use. Wellness sauna and whirlpool invite you to relax and unwind. The built-in floor to ceiling windows throughout the property allow from all rooms a view of the water in the Baltic Sea or Schlei.

On the large sun terrace facing south, you can relax from everyday life and watch the sailboats on arrival and departure. The terrace has high quality teak furniture, parasol and barbecue.

In this lovingly and modern apartment you can enjoy the holiday to the fullest and feel completely comfortable. This apartment is ideal for families with children, couples and small groups.

The duplex apartment "Schleiblick" upstairs of the same house can be rented if necessary and can accommodate a further 6 people.

The apartment Hafenblick is part of the northern, newly built exclusive Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the surrounding area. We are happy to inform you about the exact status. Unfortunately, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.

Toller Ausblick

Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung direkt am Wasser. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand ist es etwas weit und leider in derdirekten Umgebung kein Fußweg vorhanden, so dass man auf der von Autos und Fahrrädern viel befahrenen Straße laufen muss. Mit Kindern oder Hunden in dem Fall leider nicht ganz so optimal. Mit der Wohnung hat dies aber nichts zu tun, die war einfach top.

Perfekt

Die Ferienwohnung und der Blick sind ohne Zweifel mit sehr gut zu bewerten. Allerdings ist der Aufenthalt nur bedingt einer Familie bzw. Kindern zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr viel Sightseeingtouren (kindgerecht) gemacht. Das ist immer mit viel Laufen verbunden. Das sollten alle mögen…

Die Wohnung war sehr...

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ein toller Blick. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist der einzige Schwachpunkt. Es gibt keinen Bürgersteig und sehr viel Verkehr.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, stimmig und trotzdem praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Es ist uns das erste Mal passiert, dass ein Erste-Hilfe-Set im Haus war. Es wurde rundum an alles gedacht - 5 Sterne

Schade Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür

Schade direkt vor der Haustür war eine Baustelle. Morgens um 7 Uhr würde gesägt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit Verwaltung ist alles super abgelaufen.
