Normaltown Lofts on Prince “C”

Two bedroom loft directly across from Piedmont Athens regional Hospital on Prince Avenue. Extremely clean upstairs unit. One queen and one small single bed. We took the door out separating bedrooms so the new HVAC unit cools the small bed/bedroom better. Smart TVs, Everything Brand new as of 8-10-21. Shared common kitchen and living room. Private steel doors on each unit. Walk to breakfast at the flying biscuit and walk to local breweries for lunch. If you have a loved ones staying at the hospital and you need a place close by to have a shower and rest, this is the perfect place. You must be willing and able to walk up steps. Watch your head head coming up the stairs. We put a lot of heart and soul into these units, so you have a safe and comfortable stay! For the safety of everyone common areas, stair wells and parking lots are under security video surveillance.

Cute loft in Athens

This cute loft apartment in Athens was the perfect place for my daughter and I for our recent weekend stay in Athens. Check in was easy and communication with the manager of the property was great. Very fast response time. It is located right above a really cute salon in a building that is 100 years old, so there is a lot of charm. The space was clean and ready for our arrival. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the loft, so just keep that in mind if climbing stairs is difficult for you. Overall would recommend.

Love this place

My wife & I have stayed here twice now for game days & love it. It is far enough away from the hustle & bustle of downtown but close enough to get around. Great seafood restaurant a block away.

In for Graduation

My wife and I were in for graduation and this place was perfect. It was very clean and convenient to campus. It had everything we needed and was much more affordable than what the hotels charge for graduation. I wish we had found this place before our last trip to Athens.

Twilight Criterium Weekend

Don't let description of "Communal Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom" mislead you. The property acts as a micro hotel. Plenty of privacy. As much as if staying in a hotel.

Nice accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms and beds were very comfortable and decorated very cute. The bathroom was nice and very clean. We didn’t use the shared communal space except to store some things in the fridge. Parking was easy behind the building and we had no issues with noise from the other rooms. We didn’t have to use the laundry but it was nice that it was available. Overall we had a pleasant time.

Watch Your Head and Your Feet

The apartment was a good size, exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the floor was uneven to the point that it was dangerous to walk on it without fear of tripping and falling. The floor should have been properly leveled before the carpet was laid. Also, the split unit did not adequately heat the entire space, and it was very cold. The bathroom shower was very nice, but a toilet paper holder, and hand towel holder would be a good addition as well as a hook behind the door and a small table or stand alone shelves to accomodate toiletry/makeup bags.

Convenient and clean

Would stay here again. Enjoyed the quiet away from the bustle of Downtown during parents weekend. Easy in and out, plenty of parking in the lot behind the house. Comfy beds, lovely shower. We didn’t use the shared common areas, (too busy) but this is a great setup if you can get a bunch of friends and rent the units together.

Cozy and convenient

Great stay for parents weekend! First stay in Normal Town and it is a great area. Easy access to the property and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Will stay again!

Great time had by all!

We were initially curious about what this place would be like but we’re extremely happy when we got there. All the instructions upon check in were clear and accurate. The place was clean as ever and comfortable. The location had a couple good bars in walking distance. About a mile and a half from UGA North campus and downtown.

Wonderful unique stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was close to downtown and the university. The room and commons area was super clean and cute as can be! I loved all of the decorative touches. I have referred this place to a parent group chat already at UGA!
