The convenience of being one block (3 min walk) from the beach and/or the convenience of an onsite swimming pool makes this a perfect spot to chill. Enjoy the expansive pool deck & lounge chairs plus a gazebo with a charcoal grill and picnic table. The complex provides both sunny and shaded areas amongst the lovely landscaping. We offer a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath NEWLY REFURNISHED comfortable home to hang your hat (or towel). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy, comfy living room and three bedrooms to stretch out in. The master bedroom boasts a Queen sized bed, cable ready TV, walk in closet with full bath and a walk in shower. Bedroom #2 has a bunk with a top twin, lower full and a slide out single with cable ready TV. Bedroom #3 is another Queen sleeper room. It also has a TV with paid streaming capabilities only. For your comfort, we offer beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys for the children. Come, relax, enjoy. PLEASE...No smoking or pets allowed... PER HOA REGULATIONS... You will be asked to leave without a refund.

Sea Grove is just 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier. Surfside Beach is close to everything the Grand Strand has to offer; restaurants, entertainment, amusement rides, water sports, shopping, produce stands, fishing, boating, golf, golf, golf.... Myrtle Beach just up the road. Huntington State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Murrells Inlet and lovely Charleston are just a bit down the road. World famous Golf Courses abound!!!!

Great place to get away

Both Mary and her property were fantastic! It had all the amenities of home and included a short walk to the beach. There were Beach supplies waiting for us in a storage room. No issues and no complaints. Would highly recommend.

Mary was so so nice and accommodating. The house had everything we needed and was super cozy. The outside/pool area is absolutely beautiful and the walk to the beach was doable (3 y/o walked herself even with no issues).

Relaxing

The kitchen was well-stocked with setting for mote than 8. The coffee is 12 cup "keurig" that uses a flat bottom filter so bring paper filters and can brew single k-cups. There is an automatic ice maker in the freezer, deep pots for pasta, cookie/baking sheets. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cup of joe. Place is quiet and the pool was not busy. The living room furniture was quite comfortable. We used the beach chairs to sit on the beach which are carried on your back like a backpack freeing up arms/hands. They were super comfortable and don't be surprised is you fall asleep in them. The host was super responsive, a complete delight. Will definitely love to stay here again!

Property was just as advertised about a block from the beach. Condo is spacious with three comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths Nicely furnished porch for evening gatherings and sizable pool for the complex. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Location is spot on! Surfside was busy for the holiday week but we never felt crowded. Loved that the restaurants surrounding the pier are only a 10-minute walk away. Condo is well stocked with everything you need. Mary is super easy to contact and responds to any questions quickly. Thank you.

We’ll equipped for family with children

We took our son and daughter in law and their 3 children. The location was well equipped with kitchen ware for our numbers that we didn’t have to run the dishwasher or do dishes directly after each meal. Also there was beach gear for adults and the kids. The layout was great and the owner was kind and pleasantly responsive. Thank you!

A very pleasant stay at Surfside beach

We had an amazing time at this cozy and cute place. Mary provided all relevant details ahead of time and she was very responsive during our stay. We had no issues with the day and will highly recommend this place to stay that is very close to a beautiful beach with almost everything accessible in a few miles. Thank you Mary for hosting us!

Girls Trip Weekend!

We rented this adorable condo for a girls trip weekend. There were 5 of us total & there was plenty of room for all of us! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & you can’t beat the location! It was a short walk to the beach & there were chairs, umbrellas & a beach cart all available for our use. All the amenities you need, perfect location, & great pricing! We were provided an early check-in & all the necessary details for both check-in & check-out. I am def keeping this one in mind for another trip!

Spring Fling

Mary was so helpful with any questions I had. She was easy to reach. We were allowed to check in early, which was a great convenience. The property was in a wonderful location, and you could walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The everything was clean and well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Plus, after we left some of our little boy’s clothes behind, Mary mailed them for us. She’s such a sweetheart!

Easter getaway

The condo was perfect for our long weekend. It was just 2 blocks from the beach and close to stores! They even gave us access to their beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. We would definitely come back to this property again!

Logement plus que parfait

Le logement de Mary est simplement parfait. L'emplacement est à un coin de rue de la plage. Elle prête le nécessaire pour aller à la plage, ce qui permet de voyager plus léger: chariot, planches, jouets de sable, chaises, serviettes, parasol, tapis de sol. Tout y est! Suggestion: une photo de ces items pourrait être ajoutée dans les détails. Le voisinage est très tranquille et il y avait toujours peu de personnes à la piscine. Nous avons adoré le quartier. Les lits sont confortables. La décoration est si jolie! La cuisine est très bien équipée, voire même assez complète. Les communications avec Mary ont été rapides et elle est très accommodante. Si je reviens à Myrtle Beach, il est certain que je reviendrai chez Mary.

Great location with everything we needed.

This condo was located right in the area of Surfside where we like to stay. We found it to be very clean and had everything we needed and more. I don’t know if we hit an unusually non-busy week, but the condo building was very quiet. Pool was a nice amenity and seldom had people in it. Mary was easy to get in touch with when needed. This party of seven enjoyed our vacation!!

Good Quick Stay

My family of 6 enjoyed a short stay! We had some issues with the keypad, but the owner was able to be easily contacted and quickly solved it. We appreciated all the towel hooks in the bathrooms for our large family. My kids enjoyed the pool, and it was an easy walk to the beach. Thanks!

Feeling at home

Comfy and relaxing. This property was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the beach and only 20 minutes from most attractions and airport. Felt very much at home and would recommend this property especially for families. On site pool was an extra plus.

Confusing

Condo was nice but host/ VRBO not reachable when issues occurred. Checked in, left for a meal, upon return...keypad no longer accepted given code. All four of us waiting over two hours to get back in our accommodations, needing a restroom & ALL belongings in condo. Air vent cover fell from ceiling at random & hit my daughter in the head. Nice place to visit but there just seemed to be too many irritating little obstacles to deal with to make it a nice relaxing vacation! Maybe next time my handicapped self will just stay home!!

We loved our stay here. The host was great and the property was more than we could have asked for. Short walk to the beach, clean, and quiet. It has everything you would need for a trip to the beach (cart, tent, mats, pretty much anything you would need). We had so much fun and will definitely be back.

Surfide did not disappoint.

Mary was so easy to deal with, thoughtful and very accommodating. The apartment was the cleanest I have ever seen at a vacation rental. The beach is a very short walk and the convenience of a pool was fantastic. Mary goes the extra mile, the towels, the beach chairs, the wagon, the toys and games and puzzles. She is a great host, pack your bags book a stay and enjoy yourselves.

Wonderful unit and location
