Great family home situated in a very quiet, safe neighborhood a little away from the strip but still only a 15 minute drive! All the furnishings are high quality, professionally designed with five star quality decor. Cozy but still roomy with an upstairs balcony with a beautiful view! Come relax and feel completely at home and pampered at this luxury home at the base of the desert mountains on the west side of the strip!

Clean, Spacious Rental

My wife and I stayed at this house for 6 nights. The place was clean, and has enough space for a large family. All four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms are upstairs. There is a half bath downstairs. The garage door opener made entry very easy, and safe. There are plenty of amenities in the area, but you will need a car if you plan on accessing the strip regularly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has a gas stove which made meal prep easy. We work remotely (lots of meetings), and during the day, the amount of noise provided by neighbors with loud cars, loud landscaping, and overhead aircraft was pretty irritating. If you plan on being gone most of the day, the neighborhood is pretty quiet at night. Overall, the host has done a great job providing an affordable, comfortable, and safe rental for families or large groups.

Great Place and Location for RR

The house worked out great for us. It was big enough for everyone, clean, and quiet. There was plenty of stores/restaurants nearby, and it was at a great spot to get out and into Red Rock Canyon quickly and easily.

SUPER CLEAN

Home was super clean and accommodating. They group had complaints about TV's not being in the bedrooms, other than that everyone enjoyed the space, the cleanliness, the neighborhood.

Great house, wonderful hosts

The property is wonderfully furnished with all the amenities one would need. The hosts are responsive and just kind. Great property for a family. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice and smooth

I book accommodations for leisure, but mostly for business, while most f the business trip I am not there in person, I got a picky group of employees and they had no problem finding the address, and it was a short ride to the strip and convention center. I do recommend if you are looking to be close to the convention, but not on the traffic jam of the strip.
