Ranch style Rambler single level home (basement apartment is occupied by full-time renters) with back patio, Gazeebo, Pit Boss smoker/BBQ, garage parking for one vehicle, and large kitchen with island, dinning, and open great room combination that is great for gathering. covered front porch with comfortable chairs. 35 minutes to down town Salt Lake City, 60 minutes to multiple ski resorts. 90 minutes to Wendover, NV. Casino's and enertainment venues.
