bright apartment composed of 2 bedrooms for 4/5 persons + bathroom, equipped kitchen and terrace overlooking the Residence swimming pool. You will have access to the basement garage.
The entrance to the Residence is via the embankment. You will only have to cross to enjoy the joys of the large beach over 3 km of fine sand, shops and restaurants nearby.

The location of this apartment is its strong point and allows you to do everything on foot, by bike or by car. The Résidence de la Plage was one of the few hotels on the bay of The Sables d'Olonne before being divided into apartments in 2022. This apartment has recently been renovated. Functional and pleasant, this 50 m² duplex can accommodate up to 5 people. It is equipped to allow you to have a pleasant stay there, meals can be taken in the living room or on the terrace.
