This home offers a perfect base for exploring the city's iconic attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum. The neighbourhood is also home to various restaurants and bars, including Centre Commercial Saint Lazare and Passage du Havre, which provide plenty of dining and entertainment options. With its central location, this property is an ideal starting point for discovering all Paris offers.

This property is located just a 5-minute walk from Guy Môquet station (line 13) and a 10-minute walk from Place de Clichy (Lines 2 and 13). It offers convenient access to public transportation for easy exploration of the city.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
