Bel appartement qui mérite d'être mieux entretenu

Le propriétaire est sympathique mais l'appartement mériterait d'être mieux entretenu et réparé à certains endroits. Nous avons eu très chaud et le petit ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas. Il manquait aussi un livret d'accueil avec les infos utiles comme le code wifi, le local à poubelles de l'immeuble... Donc bien, mais peut mieux faire.
