Ty Cozh is a pretty house ideal for a stay with friends or family. It's a great place to discover the beaches of Plouguerneau, explore the coastline of the Abers region and sample Breton specialities.

THE HOUSE
The house comprises a bright entrance hall leading to a dining room with open-plan kitchen. Then you'll find a large, authentic and cosy living room, with comfortable furniture.
The living room opens onto the terrace, where a table will welcome your lunches in the sun.
Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom, a separate WC and a shower room.
The garage at the entrance to the property is available for storing your bikes.

On the first floor, there are two beautiful double bedrooms and a shower room.

There's even wifi at the end of the world! Perfect for getting away from it all without losing your bearings! Teleworking possible!

THE GARDEN :
A lovely garden area is available for children to play in.
No neighbours to contend with.
The garden is enclosed.

SURROUNDINGS:
The house is located 100m from the beach of kelerdut, 300m from the viviers bretons and the ocean store Hoalen: a nice area for summer holidays by the sea.
The market town of Plouguerneau is 2.5km away.

NB: for your information, a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean the house and dispose of your rubbish on a daily basis. Otherwise, we can offer you a full cleaning service at a cost of €35/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
