Between Cholet and Nantes, this group cottage will provide you with all the comfort expected to bring together up to 14 people.

This service brings together two gîtes which are connected from the inside.

The first gîte: its private terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a plancha, a pétanque court and a few bikes (adults/teenagers). Then access the 25m² living room with equipped kitchen and a dining area for 8 people, a 16m² living room with corner sofa (convertible into a 2-person bed), armchair and television. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet), a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and television. A room with two 90x190cm beds, without windows, is also on the ground floor. Upstairs you can accommodate 4 people thanks to the two small adjoining bedrooms: a first of 8.70m² with 2 90x190cm beds and a second of 8.50m² with a 140x190cm bed and a small private bathroom (wc, small sink and shower unit).

The second gîte: its 35m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a plancha giving access to the 33m² living room with equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a living room with corner sofa and television. On the ground floor: bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet as well as a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a small bedroom of 8.30m² with 2 90 x 190cm beds.

A 36m² reception room is also accessible from the terrace of the first gîte to bring you together. In this room: extra kitchen, rest room with 2 convertible sofas that can accommodate sleeping arrangements and bathroom with shower, toilet, urinal and vanity unit.

From the gîte, find the hiking path leading to Sèvre Nantaise. Puy du Fou is 30 minutes away. Take advantage of your stay to discover the surrounding area: Nantes and the Machines de l'Île 35 minutes away, Tiffauges and Bluebeard's castle, Maulévrier and the Japanese garden, the zoological park of La Boissière du Doré, Camifolia, Angers... The famous Hellfest festival in Clisson (second half of June) is located 15 minutes from the gîte by car.
