Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this bright and charming apartment includes:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a balcony furnished and accessible from all rooms (kitchen, bedroom, dining room).

You will particularly appreciate its calm and freshness as well as its beautiful view of the surroundings.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Coffee Machine, Microwave, TV, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost.

During your stay, you will also have access to a parking/ garage which is located in the basement of the building.
The apartment is ideally located:
- 10 minutes walk to city centre and train station.
- 15 minutes from the Palais des Festivals and the Tourist Office.
- Close to bus stop.
