About this property

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking River Run Village with partial mountain views. This vacation rental also comes equipped with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and mounted flat screen TVs in both the living area and in the master bedroom. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats four around a wooden table and chairs. The full bathroom has a pedestal sink, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom is right next to the bathroom and has a king-sized bed, mounted flat screen TV and offers great mountain views.

Spring break 2024

Condo in a great location to lifts, dining and shopping. A couple of things is that the pillows and mattress need to be replaced in the master bedroom. The bathroom vent was covered in black dust and definitely needs to be changed. Since there is no ice maker, it would be nice to have more than one ice tray. Honestly the biggest complaint I have is that I had to drive back to the office to pickup the 4 towels to be used in the hot tub/pool. This was after someone that I was texting with still insisted that I come pickup the towels. It was not our fault they were not left in there when it was cleaned.

great little condo

The property overall was very nice. Nicely located in the ski village so plenty of restaurants. we were there in the off season, so many were closed (cant blame the property for my timing lol). Lime and Rotolo(?) pizza were open and very good. The full kitchen in the condo was wonderful for other meals. My only negatives were that the carpet is way overdue for replacement, and the hot tubs were more like warm tubs, the covers were removed all day so the tubs cooled down.

The check-in process is pretty easy as long as you read the guestbook and make sure you familiarize yourself with the instructions. However, finding the condo once you leave the check-in office was confusing. My GPS kept trying to make me turn on a road that didn't exist. Thankfully, when I called the office the staff was very friendly and navigated me to the parking garage. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Has plenty of kitchen items (plates, flatware, pots and pans). Could use a few more storage containers and maybe a pairing knife.Property is in the best location with a very short walk to the gondola. Property management was great - text regarding updates and very responsive to our comments.Only issue we had was only one of the hot tub had jets that worked. Hot tubs are nice but not very hot.We would completely recommend this condo and would rent again next ski season!

Great locatio, condo needs updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but condo could use some updates and amenities. The spot just above the hot tub was very loud- sound reducing curtains would help. Also there was no full length mirror, a standard STR find. Kitchen amenities bare minimum (we provide spices cooking spray ect), We are also ski condo hosts in Keystone and Vermont). The dishwasher was installed at a weird angle and the door doesn't fully open making it hard to load. Also, there is NO place for clothes. No dressers (side table dressers couldn't fit a single pair of pants) and the ONE closet was filled to the brim with cleaning supplies, fans etc. We had to live out of our suitcases. Also, management was hard to reach, and while helpful not exactly friendly. I often had to leave voice mails. Also, the first day we arrived to find no blankets for the pull-out couch. I called management was told, "well you can come pick it up". Um, no, I just spent 12 hours traveling and got to my condo. Im not getting back in the car, I should have a blanket. My child slept with towels for a blanket and we were brought one the next day. Also the dead bolt on the door was broken and had to be fixed. We used to own a unit in Buffalo Lodge so we are familiar with the buildings. Lovely location, but needs updates (ie the carpet has a lot of stains). Lastly, while the king size bed is great, it doesnt fit in the room. My whole family was accidentally bashing our legs on the corner of the bed near the door, leaving bruises the whole trip.

Early season ski trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in was relatively easy even though it was off site. The property was small and would be tight for four people. The furniture was way to large for a small foot print including the huge fireplace. A few of the main outlets in the dining area were not functional and it was very cold inside the unit. The hallway was literally blowing ice cold air throughout the floor. Parking was simple and the walk to the gondola was perfect. The hottubs and sauna were fine but they were very busy and this was early season. Good luck getting in one during high season. The unit was fine. Everything I needed to make a dinner was there and I did not run into any issues. The key card system was a bit spotty and sometimes I would have to stand there for a mi use before it unlocked the doors. All in all it was what I expected for a budget type early season rental. Might be a bit of a different review if the rental fee was much higher.
