For convivial moments, a barbecue is also at your disposal, as well as a ping-pong table and a swing for the little ones.

The common areas are spacious and well arranged, promoting both relaxation and conviviality. A large living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV welcomes you for relaxing moments. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) allows you to prepare delicious meals which you can enjoy around the large kitchen table.

The house is easily accessible by car. From Niort, it takes about 30 minutes by road. Niort station is well-served by trains from Paris (about 2 hours by TGV). The nearest airports are La Rochelle and Poitiers, about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car each.
