This studio, located in Cayenne, is ideal for 2 vacationers. It offers a shared pool open all year, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
It is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The studio has a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The studio features mosquito nets, cleaning products, a fan, ironing equipment, a desk, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a dryer, a dressing room and air conditioning.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. End cleaning has to be done by the guests. A tourist tax of 0.8 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
There is no additional charge for cleaning. it must be done by travelers otherwise held on deposit. Two cats live on the property but never come into the studio.
