Fall Long Weekend in Grand Beach
Great waterfront house in the charming Grand Beach neighborhood. The owner, Kaye, lives next door and is very friendly. The property’s golf cart was a fun amenity as well.

Spectacular views, adorable home
Two nights celebrating a friend’s milestone birthday. The location is beautiful - sounds of the waves were so relaxing. Wee stayed in and cooked and the kitchen was well appointed. The whole place is charming and the owner is a delight. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful and Relaxing
This is a beautiful property that had everything we needed to have a very relaxing getaway! The views are spectacular and the host is very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The beds are comfortable, linens are nice, and the pictures don’t really even do it justice! The rooms are larger than they look. We had a lovely time!!

Great place and the best view.... particularly sunset
This is the third time we have stayed here. My wife and I look for smaller properties that have something unique. This fits the bill. Staying right on Lake Michigan is the best and we spend at least one day on the deck...hearing the waves and watching the boaters go by.

Lake Michigan Paradise
Not even sure where to begin. My wife and three kids absolutely loved this place, from the lake views on the deck outside to the charm, comfort, and cleanliness inside. Kay, the owner, greeted us as we arrived and made sure we had all the needed info for the week. She was always available to answer questions we had. The little Grand Beach community is gorgeous and has its own private beach. The golf cart was a huge bonus and allowed us to take a 60 second ride to the beach with kids in tow. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed including kitchen utensils, beach chairs, and towels. The fireplace was an incredible bonus. We can’t wait to go back.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. We spent one whole day just listening to the waves and enjoying the the day. While somewhat cool we were happy to see some boats on the water and enjoyed the day.

This was our second time at this property and it was perfect. We spent, most of our time on the deck, watching the water and reading. The house is well equipped with anything that you might need. Kaye is available if you need anything, but otherwise, is unobtrusive. We plan to go back next summer.

The house is just as nice as described, and the location (right on Lake Michigan) is even better! All amenities supplied, including all of the kitchen equipment I needed, great air conditioning, and most important, a lovely deck with table, chairs, and comfortable chaise lounges, looking right on Lake Michigan. The community of Grand Beach is charming. Beaches a short walk away. We were well taken care of. The best vacation home ever!

Loved the view and the unique little neighborhood of this rental. House had everything needed. Owner allowed us use of the golf cart which helped when going to the nearby beach. I did think that the house had beach access based on the description. Beach was very rocky. Nearby beaches are drivable and beautiful.

Amazing waterfront rental!
The experience was great and Grand Beach is wonderful. Easy access to beaches, dining, kid’s activities and golf. The house was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. The view of evening sunsets was nothing short of spectacular as well. Looking forward to another visit in the future!

Peaceful and pleasant stay
We enjoyed a few weekdays at this property. The deck was comfortable and relaxing with beautiful views. The hostess was very welcoming and responsive and communicative. The area lost power after a big storm, and she kept us updated as she received estimates of power restoration. It was our first time in Grand Beach. The residents were friendly. The golf cart will included with the rental was convenient for getting around. The golf course was quiet, not crowded, and perfect for casual golfers, especially with children. The golf course staff were nice and helpful. The rates are great, especially the twilight special. We explored nearby towns that are busier and have stores, restaurants and big beaches, but we were always glad to come back to the pleasant and peaceful Village of Grand Beach.

lovely get away
The house was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The deck though is what makes it very special. We spent our entire week on the deck- listening to the water, watching sunsets and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. One note,, as other reviewers have mentioned- the deck is connected to other decks, so it is not isolated and if other people are out on their decks, you do see and hear them.. However, there is plenty of privacy and after our initial reaction, it proved not to be a problem.

Great place to stay!
Our family of four had a great vacation in Grand Beach. Kaye was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. All was on mark with our expectations (house, location, and views). Enjoyed playing golf/tennis, kids had a great time at the beaches and Warren Dunes State Park. Thank you Kaye for helping us have a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

This village is a summer and fall get away for city dwellers. On clear days you can see the tall buildings in Chicago. The sunsets are always different and beautiful. There is a delightful playground within walking distance and a public nine hole golf course. The club house has treats for the family and a cute outdoor seating area.
