This cottage is at the heart of a crossroads of tourist visits: Château de Sully, Basilica of St-Benoît, Oratory of Germigny, Val de Loire without forgetting the forest of Orléans.
This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, and can be combined with the l'Églantier guest room for 2 people. The “Air de vacances” gîte, in a small independent house with a surface area of 40 m2, will undoubtedly seduce you.

On the ground floor, you enter a fully equipped kitchen.
By the transparency of the half-timbering, you can see a living room area with a 140x190 cm convertible sofa for two people.
The WC is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find an open mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, opening onto its bathroom.
The beds are made upon your arrival.
Think about your bathroom linen, otherwise an option will be offered to you.

A large terrace with garden furniture where flowers will brighten up your stay.
A barbecue at your disposal for your grilling, all you have left to do is the charcoal.

Outdoor laundry with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board with iron.

The price includes: heating, linen.

When you leave, either the cleaning is done by you, or a flat rate of 39 euros will be requested.

You can also park your car in a private space very close to the gîte, in a safe place. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
