Clean and quiet

We used the farmhouse as our first getaway for this year. We had stayed in Neosho before and we enjoy the area. The house was setup with everything the two of us needed. We used the kitchen and the grill. The coffee maker uses k pods so that was convenient. The only thing i might add is maybe a sitting area outside and maybe a few bushes or trees to add to the view.

Cute and clean

Super cute and clean. We had a blast playing on the air hockey table. Great location for us playing ball in and around Joplin for the weekend.

Tornado Adventure

The property is quaint and perfect! The cows loved seeing our happy faces! The beds were perfect and loved the kitchen. We had to explore the cellar due to a tornado warning! But overall- would come back! Beautiful home.

The Farmhouse

Another wonderful stay!

This was the third visit to the white farm house. It's clean and well-appointed. We really enjoyed catching up while enjoying the yard. We saw a neighbors fireworks display and that was a bonus. We highly recommend this house to anyone that needs to unwind.

Hidden Gem

Like all good things, the best homes are where form follows function. This simple farm house is bigger than it looks, amazingly quiet with the solid masonry walls, and surrounded by mature oaks, hickory and maple trees. The very tame cattle in the old feedlot graze above a fertile bottom down the rolling slope from the hilltop home site. Loved the homey rural vibe! Hope to come again! Bob

Home away from home

We enjoyed having a home away from home to be together with our loved ones, sharing memories, laughs and home cooked comfort food. The large table in the well equipped kitchen was perfect for visiting while cooking and eating together. The cozy living area also provided plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy family time.

This farmhouse was the perfect place for myself and another bridesmaid to stay while we were in town for a wedding this past weekend! The property is quaint and in a great location! Neosho has a beautiful square with phenomenal local places to eat! I would recommend The Clay Cup & Charley’s Grill! Undercliff, is another great local place to eat about 5 minutes from the property!
