Located within a peaceful condominium, this apartment promises absolute tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the street. It is a true haven of peace, combining comfort and elegance, perfect for accommodating 2 to 4 travelers. This warm interior is an invitation to relax, ensuring a most pleasant stay in complete serenity.

The entrance is on the ground floor, where a spacious corridor leads to separate toilets, a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower and a double sink, and a small space designed for reading or relaxation without the risk of being disturbed.

A wooden staircase leads you to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, designed for preparing your favorite dishes in comfort. Equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and coffee maker, it also has all the necessary dishes, utensils, and equipment to make you feel at home. The elegantly decorated living room transforms into a cozy sleeping area with a sofa bed measuring 140x190, bathed in light from two windows overlooking the courtyard. The bedroom, located just above, is separated from the living room by a splendid glass partition.

The apartment also benefits from air conditioning, ensuring thermal comfort all year round.

The apartment is non-smoking, and vaping is also prohibited. We do not accept pets. Additionally, no parties or disturbances are allowed, as we are particularly fond of this property.
