This villa, located in Parmain, is ideal for 20 vacationers. It offers 7 bedrooms, an indoor pool, open all year, an enclosed garden and WiFi.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 18 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the city.
The villa has 7 comfortable bedrooms, 5 including a double bed, and 2 including 2 double beds, Several bathrooms are available, 2 with a shower and one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features central heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a dressing room, ironing equipment, a desk, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that the cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 9 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 30 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 20€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
