In the commune of Bry-sur-Marne, we offer this charming 92 m² house, renovated in April 2024, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a 50 m² garden! For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful, enclosed, private, east-facing garden of 50 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Bry-sur-Marne, in a very pleasant environment. The neighborhood is predominantly suburban, and you'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...

- Visits to Paris and its suburbs (Versailles, Fontainebleau, etc.) and Disneyland from the RER and suburban trains.
- Stroll along the banks of the Marne

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 vehicle)You can also park for free in the surrounding streets.

- Nearest airport : Roissy Charles de Gaulle, approx. 42 km (44 min by car)
- Several bus routes are available from Bry-sur-Marne station (120, 220 and 520).
