Within the hameau where the studio is located, there's the option of renting all the gites for larger groups. Please note that smoking indoors is prohibited, and without permission, outside visitors are not allowed on the property.

This cozy studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the living area, you'll find a comfy sofa, a fan, and a flat-screen television. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and all necessary cooking utensils for preparing your meals. Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected.

Easily accessible by car, this studio is only 30 minutes from Montélimar and 1 hour from Valence. The closest train station is in Montélimar, providing easy access to major cities. If flying, Nîmes Airport is about an hour and a half away.

Additional information :
- Cleaning and bed linens included in the price. Guests must bring their own towels or can rent them for 5 euros per person on site. A tourist tax of 1.05 euros per person per night is to be paid upon arrival.
- Access to the shared pool from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, for the exclusive use of property guests only.
- Pets allowed upon prior request with a surcharge of 10 euros per night. No smoking indoors.
- Fireplace available, please do not use it. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
