L'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité : la location n'est pas un appartement mais un sous-sol aménagé à la limite de l'insalubrité avec une installation électrique pouvant mettre en danger les occupants. Les lieux sont sales, certains équipements sont manquants, la télé ne fonctionne pas, le linge de bain est dans un état d'usure très avancé, la douche ne s'évacue que très difficilement . Un lieu pareil ne devrait pas pouvoir être proposé à la location saisonnière.
