Our condo is our home away from home. The location is unparalleled with a walking score of 10. You literally walk out the front door to your choice of restaurants, pubs, shopping and beautiful inner harbour walks. The unit is fully self contained with everything you would need to cook a fine meal. Under ground secure parking is a bonus. the bedroom features a kingsize bed, flat screen T.V.. The living room has a queen size American leather Sleeper. The deck is roomy and you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail .

Great location, and lovely condo with everything you could possibly need. instructions from owner where fabulous, no issues what soever. would highly recommend.
We completely enjoyed our stay.The location was well within an easy walk to so many attractions.We always felt safe and secure,surprisely quiet for such a busy location.The windows and balcony backed away from the street overlooking a greenspace.We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony as well as some late afternoons after returning from sightseeing.The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to prepare a meal,But there are so many restaurants close by we only had a breakfast in.After not travelling for two years this was an excellent experience.I highly recommend this location over staying in a conventional hotel.
Awesome location, easy walk to many restaurants, shopping and sights. One of the cleanest and best stocked VRBO condos that we have ever stayed! Val was alway available if there were any question! Would love to return to this gem!
Very clean, great location. Valerie was very responsive to text messages. If you are looking for a getaway that you don’t need a car rental and want to do a combination of cooking and eating out, this is the perfect spot.
This property was one of the best we’ve stayed in, well stocked and very comfortable. Close to everything. Made our trip that much better.

We stayed at this condo for four nights in early August and couldn’t have been happier. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, dishes, various sized glasses, small appliances and spices. The towels, bed linens and leather recliners were luxurious and comfy. The building itself was very secure with FOB entry required at gates / doorways and even to get up in the elevator. It was REALLY hot in Victoria when we were there and the condo has no AC but the two portable fans really helped and opening the windows cooled the place down at night. The patio is a good size and has a nice love seat and chairs to sit on. The only thing is the patio for the pizza restaurant is just below so it was rather noisy until they closed down at 10pm.
There are TONS of things within walking distance and even though we had a rental vehicle and appreciated the reserved, secured parking spot, we didn’t need to use it much.
Val was very responsive and checked in a couple of times during our stay via messaging to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The owner was extremely helpful during checkin and easy to communicate with. We loved the little balcony, the inside, gated parking, and the fabulous location. We hardly ever drove, you can easily walk to almost everything. Definitely would stay here again!

Rob and I were both born and raised on Vancouver Island and we proudly call it home. There is so much to enjoy form walks on the beach to a stroll through Beacon Hill park or on Dallas Road. There are hiking trails, lakes, and an amazing infrastructure for cycling within the city.
