A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space.

Adjoining the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a toilet, a towel dryer and storage space.

And adjoining the bathroom is a bedroom with a bunk bed.

You will find a furnished terrace equipped with garden furniture.
Ideal for enjoying beautiful summer evenings with the plancha at your disposal.

Parking is free all year round on this street.
You can park relatively easily.

Ideal for spending a great vacation, you are:

400 m from the Arago covered market and its small local shops

1 hour from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou


**SPECIAL CONDITIONS :**

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
We will ask you to empty the trash and empty the dishwasher when leaving.

Sheets and towels are not included. Consider bringing them.
We also offer sheets and towels at an additional cost.

**CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:**

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. We favor physical receptions in order to introduce you to the house and its equipment.
Do you want to arrive after 8 p.m.? Possibility of autonomous arrival thanks to a key box system.

Departures are until 10 a.m. Keys are handed over in person by our concierge.
Initially we will ask you to empty the trash, the dishwasher and gather the linens.

Everything will be detailed in the welcome booklet given upon your arrival.
