Rundum perfekt

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast bei Manuela, es war wirkich ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern. Es hat alles was man braucht! Sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, Essig Öl, Holz/Kohle für den Grill. Morgens beim Kaffee die vielfalt von Vögel zu beobachten und auf das Wasser zu schauen, waren für ins eine total Tiefenentspannung und der Whirlpool war wirkich das Highlight.In Pomer selber gibt es eine Plodine und in Medulin einen Lidl.Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub, wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne bald wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Manuela und Elvis empfangen und haben auch stets hilfsreiche Ratschläge bekommen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die ganze Anlage ist super sauber und top gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

A wonderful place to stay

The cosy house is situated in a beautiful location at the bay surrounded by olive trees and offers all amenities you need to make your stay unforgettable! The MTBs allow you to explore the breath taking region and the Whirlpool is just on the spot to enjoy sunset in the evening! Manuela and Elvis are very friendly and provide helpful recommendations for visits, boat renting or nice restaurants! We can only recommend the place and for sure we will come back! Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Betten und der Whirlpool ist ebenfalls Top. Die Eigentümer sind sehr Nett und Pflegen die Wohnung. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmals.

Besser gehts nicht.

Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist in jedem Detail neuwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlt in Küche und Garten nichts was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Für Radfreunde ist es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um zum Kap Kamenjak, nach Medulin oder auch Richtung Pula-Verudela zu radeln. Zwei ältere, aber gepflegte Mountainbikes gehören zur Ausstattung und sind absolut nutzbar. Die zwei Kajaks machen den Spass perfekt, jedoch muss man dazu sagen, daß das "Meer" vor dem Garten bei Ebbe zu flach ist um zu paddeln, da muss man schon weiter raus. Das hat unser Glück aber nicht gestört. Danke an die sehr netten Gastgeber.

Perfect getaway

Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, beautiful location; exceptionally clean and comfortable house; and not least the helpful, friendly hosts who also want your stay to be perfect. A few minutes drive from both the stunning woods and coves of Kamenjak and the Istrian hub of Pula, I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. Sublime.

Wonderful place to stay.

The property is really excellent, in a wonderful location, with plenty of interesting countryside to explore on the doorstep. It was really nice to explore the Kamenjak peninsular on the provided MTB's and the lagoon in one of the kayaks. The house has everything you could wish for and everything is of a very high standard. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht!

Es war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien. Wir haben uns bewusst für dieses Haus entschieden, falls die Strände nichts für uns ist. Und so war es auch. Länger als eine Stunde am Strand konnten wir nicht aushalten. Und da war das Haus ein perfektes Rückzugsort. Im Whirlpool liegen und die Aussicht genießen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Großes Dank an die Besitzer. Obwohl wir kaum Englisch sprechen konnten wir uns ganz gut verständigen. Sie sind sehr nett.

Fantastic holiday house and great hosts

The holiday day house was everything we expected from the photos and more. We were pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi and Manuelas eye for Detail. The location is ideal within walking distance to beaches and view is fantastic. Everything has been thought of and the house was super clean. Manuela and her husband are very friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back here!

Schönes Haus, kein ruhiger Ort!!

Das Ferienhaus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Nur der ruhige Platz, so wie es in der Beschreibung steht, war nicht zu finden. Zum einen ist die Geräuschkulisse der gegenüber liegenden Strasse nach Premantura DEUTLICH zu hören. Zum anderen hatten wir das "Glück" den BAULÄRM des im Umbau befindlichen Clampingplatzes "Arena One 99" 12 TAGE (nur Sonntags wurde nicht gearbeitet) zu ertragen. ( Luftlinie ca.250 Meter ) Des weiteren geht das Hausgrundstück NICHT bis zum Wasser, ein ca. drei Meter breiter Streifen vor der Abzäunung gehört dem Nachbarn.(Bild 15) Dieser Nachbar beackerte sein Grundstück am Sonntagmorgen um 05.45 Uhr mit der Motorhacke. Wir standen im Bett!!! Er bewegt sich auch ganz UNGENIERT am Haus vorbei. Ein weiterer Nachbar (rechte Seite, auf Bild 1 nicht zu sehen) ist mit seinem Haus (Fertighaus) nur 45 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieter bemühten sich den Lärm abzustellen, konnten aber nichts ausrichten. Wir mussten uns mit der Aussage, Zitat:" Man wäre schliesslich nicht allein auf der Welt" zufrieden geben. Uns wurde deutlich gemacht das es in dieser Region nur Ruhephasen von 23.00 Uhr- 07.00 Uhr gibt, egal welcher Tag... Wir werden NICHT wiederkommen!!

Villa Innen und Aussen wie neu

Super gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer -besser gesagt auf das Ende einer Bucht mit sehr flachem Wasser, in dem die Vögel spazieren gehen. Das Haus ist, wie beschrieben und bietet alles, was man braucht: Vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Heizmöglichkeit für die Nebensaison und eine große überdachte Grillterasse. Die Betten bieten erholsamen Schlaf. In der Vorsaison bei bestem Wetter waren viele schönen Ausflüge möglich. Danke an die Vermieter für sehr gute nette Betreueung.

Erholsamer Urlaub im Haus Oliva

Unsere 1 Woche Urlaub konnten wir ungestört im gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus Oliva verbringen. Besonders schön sind die beiden Außenterrassen von denen aus man immer einen schönen Blick auf das Meer hat. An dieser Stelle vom Haus ist das Meer zwar nicht zum Baden geeignet, jedoch kann man den nahegelegen Strand vom Campingplatz nutzen. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Herrliche Ferien in einem sehr schönen Haus am Mee

Wir waren mit drei erwachsenen Kindern für 2 Wochen im Haus Oliva. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und hat eine traumhafte Lage unmittelbar an einer Meeresbucht, die durch eine Steinbrücke vom offenen Meer abgetrennt ist. Es gibt für jedes Wetter und jede Temperatur schöne Sitzplätze auf der sehr schönen Holzterrasse, auf dem überdachten Sitzplatz mit großem eingebautem Grill und auf dem Grundstück mit etlichen Olivenbäumen. Wenige hundert Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein schöner, kleiner Strand. Das Meer ist dort herrlich und man schwimmt mit Blick auf eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Das Haus bestens geeignet für einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wirklich sehenswerten kleinen und größeren Orte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort selber für den kleinen Einkauf und in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung gibt es reichlich Supermärkte. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Fischmarkt am Ortseingang von Medulin mit großem Angebot an Krustentieren. Manuela und Elvis sind ganz reizende Gastgeber, sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Haus am Meer!

Wir haben generell mit Home Away sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber das Ferienhaus Oliva ist wohl eines der schönsten Häuser, welches wir in Kroatien bislang gemietet haben. Sowohl die geschmackvolle und äußerst liebevolle Ausstattung des Hauses, als auch die perfekte Lage für alle, die etwas Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein herrlich grüner Garten mit Olivenbäumen und 2 Terassen, welche mit attraktiven Gartenmöbeln und einem Grillkamin ausgestattet sind, lädt zum Relaxen und Entspannen ein. Man hat zudem den direkten Blick auf das Meer und kann den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Die nahe gelegene Halbinsel Premantura bietet außerdem traumhafte Strände und Buchten, die besonders mit dem Fahrrad wunderbar zu erkunden sind. Wer etwas Abenteuer sucht, der kann seinen Mut beim Klippenspringen beweisen oder am anderen Ufer der Bucht, welche über eine Brücke zu erreichen ist, Wakeborden, Tretbootfahren oder auch Paintballspielen. Auch die Stadt Pula ist sowohl für einen Einkaufsbummel als auch zum Besichtigen vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten einen Besuch wert. Die Vermieter Manuela und Elvis sind äußerst zuvorkommen und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns wirklich rundherum wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei unseren netten Gastgebern für die hervorragende Betreuung. Wir werden sichlich nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem wunderbaren Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Ingrid & Karl

Ferienhaus der Extraklasse

Dieses Ferienhaus direkt am Meer war für uns (4 Erw.) seit Jahren das bisher schönste Domizil. Auch wenn der Zugang zum Meer durch einen niedrigen Zaun versperrt ist, kann man den kiesigen Strand des nur einige 100 m entfernten Zeltplatzes benützen. Das Ferienhaus ist neu und mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail bestens ausgestattet. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter und elektr. betriebene Rollos. Zum Haus gehört ein edler überdachter Freisitz mit gr. Tisch und Außenkamin/-Grill, die Lounge auf einem Holzdeck lädt zum "Chillen" ein. Olivenbäume im Garten runden das mediterrane Ambiente ab. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und darauf bedacht, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen.
